Harbhajan Singh, a former Indian cricketer, said that Gujarat Titans (GT) all-rounder Rashid Khan showed how good he is with both the bat and the ball. Even though GT lost Qualifier 1 to the Chennai Super Kings, Rashid was the only batter who kept his team in the hunt while he was at the wicket.
Harbhajan talked about how Rashid keeps getting better when his team is having trouble and how he always does his best.
Here’s what Harbhajan Singh said about Rashid Khan when he talked to Star Sports:
“Rashid Khan is a player in a different group. He is taking a lot of wickets, getting a lot of runs, and fielding really well. When Captain Hardik wasn’t available, he led GT. He’s done it all and done it well. Rashid is a great player, and GT is very lucky to have him on their team.
Aaron Finch, who used to play cricket for Australia, was also there, and he also talked about GT’s strong bowling attack. He said:
“GT is a hard team to beat because their bowler, Rashid Khan, is one of the best in the world. Hardik Pandya, who has grown up a lot, is a good leader for them. Third, they have a balanced fast bowling attack.”
When there’s spin, Mohammed Shami can’t be played. Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh also talked about how Mohammed Shami’s bowling has affected the IPL 2023 season, especially during the powerplay. Shami is the current Purple Cap holder. He has taken an incredible 26 wickets in just 15 games.
Harbhajan said this about this:
“Every team wants a bowler like Mohd Shami. He’s a good bowler with the new ball. In the death overs, he gets quick Yorkers. He has a great seam position, and when there’s a swing, he’s impossible to hit.
When Qualifier 2 takes place in Ahmedabad, players like Rashid and Shami will give the Mumbai Indians a hard time.
