India’s tour of the West Indies will begin with two Test matches, Cricket West Indies verified on June 12 when announcing the tour’s schedule. As previously reported by CricAdvisor, the two Test matches will be contested in Dominica and Trinidad commencing on July 12 and July 20, respectively.
India’s first task in the upcoming World Test Championship will be these two Test matches. After the Test series is over, the sides will play three ODIs and five T20Is. The first two ODIs will take place between July 27 and July 29 in Barbados.
The final ODI and the first T20I will be played in Trinidad, while Guyana will host the next two T20Is. As previously reported by CricAdvisor, India and the West Indies will then travel to Florida in the United States to play their final T20Is and conclude their tour.
