After three days, each of the 10 teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 has played one match. Rajasthan Royals, Gujarat Titans, Lucknow Super Giants, Punjab Kings, and Royal Challengers Bangalore have all won once. The other five teams have yet to win.
There are already early candidates for the Orange Cap and Purple Cap titles in the IPL 2023. With 92 runs, the opener for the Chennai Super Kings is on top of the IPL 2023 Orange Cap table. This is the best batter score in IPL 2023 so far. Gaikwad is followed by young Mumbai Indians batsman Tilak Varma, who scored a great unbeaten 84, but was beat by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) opener Virat Kohli, who made 82 not out.
Mark Wood, a fast bowler from England, has the most wickets after getting 5/14 against the Delhi Capitals in the first game, which helped the Lucknow Super Giants win by 50 runs.
