Bairstow Officially Ruled Out and Matthew Short Sign BBL MVP For IPL 2023.

The Punjab Kings (PBKS) team is preparing for the Indian Premier League (IPL). On March 31, the 16th season of the event will start. On the other hand, the Punjab Kings will start their journey in the IPL 2023 on April 1. The team will play against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Mohali.

Before the IPL season starts, PBKS has taken a big hit. Their best player, Jonny Bairstow, can’t play anymore because he hurt his leg. The English cricket player has been kicked off the Punjab 2023 team because he couldn’t get over his injury. Matthew Short will take his spot with the Punjab Kings.
